Write anyway, and make it concrete. What has to arrive, how fast, and what it costs when it does not. A specific connection-layer problem with a number attached gets a real answer, whoever it comes from.
What a first reply looks like
Short, and within a day or two. One informed question about your situation rather than a pitch, and a low-cost next step offered rather than pushed. No attachment, no deck, no price.
What we will say early
Whether the problem is ours. MQTT 5, browser or web real-time, industrial and automotive are not ours and we will say so in the first exchange rather than the third.
